My Short Story

About Me

My culinary journey began in kindergarten. What did I cook, you might ask? A play-doh omelet! I'd put it in a small pan and "melt" it on the radiator. Even at that tender age, that's what cooking meant to me.

Born and raised in Milan, I later lived in Bologna, Barcelona, and Madrid before settling in Formentera. After spending several years in a different profession, I decided to pursue my true calling and innate passion for cooking. This passion was deeply instilled in me by my mother, Giulia; I'd watch her prepare delicious dishes and always made myself available to help. My "conversion" to the world of food truly happened in 2013, fueled by this lifelong culinary interest. I graduated from the Italian Chef Academy, and from there, I honed my skills, starting in classic restaurants and gaining experience up to Michelin- starred establishments. Today, I work as a private chef, aiming to provide you with a unique and unforgettable dining experience filled with endless moments of pleasure.

My Philosophy

Food and Emotions

The time dedicated to food is increasingly a moment of pleasure and gratification. The passion for creating, the discovery of taste, and the natural pursuit of ingredients are part of human heritage. The strongest sensations are the wonder and amazement in a child's eyes when faced with an unexpected surprise, because in life there are moments and experiences that surpass our expectations and imagination, and for which we are simply and pleasantly unprepared. These are called emotions.

My Cuisine: The Synergy of Plant, Sea, and Land, in the Spirit of Reviving and Enhancing Mediterranean Tradition

My "cuisine of memories" is natural cuisine that respects the nature of food and those who will eat it. It's important to respect the seasonality of vegetables and fruits, preferring ecologically grown foods. It's about knowing the optimal proportion of main foods and nutrients in our diet, and keeping fats and simple sugars under control. Rediscover the pure taste of natural foods.
