We're dedicated to using only the highest quality ingredients, sourced directly from local farmers, markets, and specialty stores. Whenever possible, we even get our hands dirty harvesting the freshest vegetables ourselves.

While I infuse joy and passion into every dish, our true expertise lies in fish. I take immense pride in using only the freshest, wild-caught fish from the Mediterranean Sea, guaranteeing our dishes are of the highest quality and bursting with flavor.

Yes! Crafting bespoke menus for clients with specific dietary needs is something I've always specialized in and continue to refine.

I specialize in events with 4 to 15 guests. If you have a bigger group, just ask!

Menu Creation, Grocery Shopping to Local Markets, Driving Expenses, Kitchen Service, Table Setting, Serving Drinks, Cleaning up (Kitchen and Dining Area).

Wine and beverage (I can provide it upon request). Should additional provisions be required (such as tables, chairs, crockery, or a dedicated cocktail zone), these can be arranged via my trusted partner table styling, featuring beautiful floral arrangements, candles, and complementary accents, these can be arranged via my trusted partner.
